BB Cream Helps

BB Cream Helps is a collection of small self portraits made over the course of a two year period during my first years living in South Korea. I became very interested in the beauty standards and culture, and spent a lot of time in those early years considering how my appearance, and navigating my place (face) in Korea. I frequently drew small self portraits of myself at that time.

Unfortunately during a move of house a number of pieces were lost in the transitions, and undocumented prior, so these selected works represent part of a large body of work.
